Lacks quailty customer service
This review is for: Intervest National Bank
In 2009, I found Intervest Bank to place my company's retained earnings. Initially, I was pleased with the interest rates for Intervest's money market account. However, over the twelve months, the New York branch has been very sow in returning my phone calls, or have just ignored my phone calls. To boot, their rate of return is no longer competitive. I have slowly been transferring funds from Intervest to EverBank. I have been very disappointed with Intervest's poor customer service and can no longer justify placing our company's retained earnings with a bank that doesn't appear to care enought to return phone calls.
