Chase Premier Checking
I've been with Chase for about 5 years now. Originally I only had a regular checking account, but when I signed my mortgage with them they upgraded my savings and checking accounts free, since I had a larger monetary commitment with them.
I mainly like their web banking services. They have a nice site that they update fairly frequently, and all my accounts show up in one location. I can manage all my accounts, pay bills, transfer funds, check rates, wire transfers, setup auto payments, and lots more very easily.
I have one account manager I always go to at my local branch, and he is awesome. Always helps me out right away and clears up any issues I might have. He'll even reverse overdraft fees for me on the rare occasion I get one, and I don't even ask him to! I have since gone back to him for all my banking needs, including credit cards, auto loan, mortgage, multiple checking and savings accounts, investments, and business accounts.
I would and often do recommend Chase for anyone looking for a good bank. I have been very satisfied with their customer support, customer service, and their online banking. Having almost all my accounts in one place definitely makes managing my money much easier.

Free when you open a Chase business account
As a longtime WaMu customer, I was a bit wary of Chase at first and pulled my own personal accounts, but after bouncing between two or three other banks and being unsatisfied with any of them, I found myself back at Chase after receiving a promotional coupon good for $200 free when opening a new Chase business account. I am a small business owner and the offer appealed to me, so I took advantage of it--and when I arrived in the branch, I was told that as a business account holder I was entitled to open a Premier Checking account for free (usually the account requires a sizable minimum balance in order to avoid bank charges). I took them up on the offer and have been exceedingly happy with the checking account. Items post quickly, the rewards options are excellent (I personally use the Continental Airlines OnePass debit card, which, aside from a small annual fee, is great), and Chase is more than happy to set up overdraft protection for you using a credit card or savings account with only a minimal fee. You also get a free small safety deposit box just for having a Premier account (if your branch doesn't have safe deposit boxes, they can set you up at a brancht that does). Plus, as someone who lives in New York City, there are branches galore, and for the most part my experience with Chase bankers has been positive--everyone seems friendly and eager to help. I'm a surprisingly satisfied customer and have no plans to switch again!
